Аннотация: The work considers the types and ecology of truffles. The antibacterial effect of truffles is considered, in particular, in the treatment of eye diseases. The effectiveness of extracts of various types of truffles with respect to a wide range of bacteria tested is shown, the composition of eye drops produced on the basis of extracts from truffles is analyzed. The effect of truffles as a source of flavonoids, as natural antioxidants, is considered.
