As a result of the above, the regime of work and rest of a certain person, his eating behavior, as well as interpersonal relationships suffer. In this article, the authors cover just the same issues of eating habits violation, including due to the tendency to fast food. The practical part of the work is a survey of school-age children, on the basis of which the corresponding conclusions were drawn about the above-mentioned modifications of human nutrition
